Organize PDF

Change the order of pages in a PDF.

Sometimes pages end up in the wrong order — a scan goes in backwards, or an appendix needs to move to the front. Organizing a PDF lets you set a new page sequence.

You type the page numbers in the order you want them, and PDFbolt reassembles the file to match.

How to reorder PDF pages

  1. Choose the PDF to reorganize.
  2. In “New page order”, list page numbers in order, for example “3, 2, 1” to reverse.
  3. Enter a password if required.
  4. Run the tool and download the reordered PDF.
